Malini Rao is an inspiration to me both as a UX leader and a mom. I so enjoyed our conversation about Malini's experiences as she has recently become an empty nester with her son leaving for college.

I appreciated Malini's openness and generosity throughout our conversation. As women in tech, it's not always outwardly apparent that we have lives that extend far beyond our roles as Product, UX, and Design leaders.
